a. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using RevTribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

b. Subscription and Payment RevTribe is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

c. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

d. Intellectual Property Content created by users remains their intellectual property. Users grant RevTribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute user-created content solely for providing and promoting the RevTribe service. The RevTribe platform itself is the exclusive property of RevTribe.

e. Prohibited Uses You may not use RevTribe for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from RevTribe without proper authorization.

f. AI and Chatbot Usage The AI-powered features and chatbot provided by RevTribe are for assistance purposes only. You acknowledge that AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific needs.

g. Community Guidelines When participating in RevTribe's community features, you agree to adhere to our community guidelines, which prohibit hate speech, harassment, spam, and any illegal activities.

h. Limitation of Liability RevTribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

i. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to RevTribe at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
